Ahmed Abd-Elghany, Faith Communities Development Worker.  Ahmed works with local faith communities, to link them into local sources of support and guidance. Speaks Arabic and English.  Email Ahmed Abd-Elghany

Paulina Arce-Casillas, Organisational Development Officer.  As well as offering general advice and guidance on running a voluntary or community group, Paulina is something of an expert on monitoring and evaluation.  Want to prove that your organisation makes a difference? Eyerusalem Asgedom, Finance Officer.  Eyerusalem deals with day-to-day finance at VAW, including invoicing, raising cheques and payroll. Speaks English and Ameharic.  Email Eyerusalem Asgedom

Sanjay Dasani, Central Services Manager.  As well as managing the VAW office and supporting our Board of Trustees, Sanjay manages the Pimlico Resource Centre and the VAW Small Groups Room. Speaks English, Gujarati, Hindi and some French.  Contact Sanjay Dasani

Margaret Jones is Head of Policy and Engagement and deputy CEO.  She oversees our work on children and young people's policy, and equalities. Speaks English and French.  Email Margaret Jones

Daniel Mapp, Network Support Officer. Daniel provides support to the Westminster Community Network, with a special focus on information and communications. Email Daniel Mapp

Kim Michaelis, Westminster LINk Officer.  Kim supports the Westminster Local Involvement Network, a network of individuals and organizations interested in improving health and social care in Westminster.  Email Kim Michaelis

Athisia Muir, Senior Organisational Development Officer.  Athisia provides information, guidance and practical support to voluntary and community groups.  She’s a whizz on quality standards and strategic planning. Speaks English, Indonesian and French.  Email Athisia Muir

Jill Mulelly is LINks Team Manager, with overall responsibility for the management and support for the Westminster and City of London Local Involvement Networks (LINks). Email Jil Mulelly

Mark Pudge is project director of CITY.COMM and deputy CEO. Mark manages CITY.COMM support and networks for voluntary and comunity groups working in the City of London. Email Mark Pudge

Joshua Oliech is head of finance and central services. Joshua manages VAW financial systems, budgeting and company administration, and oversees information and communication and office administration. Email Joshua Oliech

Lindsay Peniston, Information and Communication Officer.  Lindsay heads information and communication support for the Organisational Development Team. Speaks English, German and French.  Email Lindsay Peniston

Emma Plouviez, City of London Organisational Development Officer.  Emma provides support and guidance to voluntary and community groups working in the City of London. Speaks English and some French. Email Emma Plouviez

Razia Sattar, Children’s Development Officer, works with supplementary schools in Westminster, to help them develop their services and to foster closer links with local state schools.  Razia also facilitates the Children & Young People’s Forum for the Westminster Community Network.  Email Razia Sattar
