Fishmongers’ Company’s Charitable Trust

Small grants for organisations with an income of £500,000 or less, working in education, the relief of hardship and disability, heritage or the environment. Application deadlines in February, May and September each year.

Who can apply?

Charities with an income of £500,000 or less Working in the City of London, and surrounding boroughs, including Westminster.

Grants can be made for work in the following areas:

  • Education
  • The relief of hardship and disability
  • Heritage
  • Environment

Priority is give to work in education.

What can you apply for?

The Trust prefers to fund:

  • Specific projects, rather than administration or general costs
  • Work where the Trust’s donation would make a significant impact

How to apply: 

The Trustees meet three times a year, in March, June/July and October/November. Applications should be made in writing at least one month before Trustee meetings.
