Grants of up to £250,000 for registered charities working with young people, local communities, and homeless people. Project and capital costs can be funded. Apply at any time.

Heritage Fund - Young people

Grants range from £3000 to 25,000. This programme is for projects led by young people. It aims to involve 13-25 year-olds in finding out about their heritage, developing skills, building confidence and promoting community involvement.

Heritage Fund - Your Heritage

Grants of £3,000 to £50,000 for projects that relate to local, regional or national heritage. Apply at any time.

Heritage Fund - Heritage Grants

Grants of over £50,000 for projects about the national, regional and local heritage of the UK.  Applications assessed throughout the year.

Friends Provident Foundation - Financial Inclusion programme

Friends Provident Foundation is a grant-making charity run by Trustees. It works to create conditions for improved access to appropriate financial services for those who are currently excluded, particularly those on low incomes or otherwise vulnerable to market failure.

Esmée Fairbairn Foundation

The Esmée Fairbairn Foundation aims to improve the quality of life throughout the UK. Apply any time.

Erach and Roshan Shadri Foundation

Grants of £2,000 to £100,000 for work in education, support for disadvantaged children and young people, and homelessness. Apply in February, May, August or November each year.
