London Housing Foundation

Grants for work helping homeless people make changes in their lives, and to support organisational change in voluntary organisations working with homeless people. Apply at any time.

The London Housing Foundation makes grants to support organisational and individual transitions.

Organisational transitions

The Foundation will fund organisations that want to make changes that will enhance their capabilities, or to change the direction of their work.

Individual transitions

The Foundation will consider funding work that supports people to make the transition from chaos and dependence to stability and self-reliance.

For more information

The Foundation is interested in receiving proposals from individual organisations, or groups of them, which will lead to change in the way organisations are structured to deliver a service, or in the type of service being offered, or in the area being covered by an organisation.
