The London Housing Foundation makes grants to support organisational and individual transitions.

Organisational transitions

The Foundation will fund organisations that want to make changes that will enhance their capabilities, or to change the direction of their work.

Individual transitions

The Foundation will consider funding work that supports people to make the transition from chaos and dependence to stability and self-reliance.
