Support for developing organisations

We provide support for organisations that are in the early stages of development, as well as other small or more established groups. Early Stage services help you to put the essential building blocks in place as you set up a group, register as a charity, and find funding.

Support for established organisations

Our Advanced Stage services build on the basic elements and meet higher level management and development needs. These services include:

• support with business planning
• diversifying income
• commissioning and procurement
• achieving quality standards such as PQASSO and Investing in Volunteers.
