The meeting room is fully accessible and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in a board room style.

Room hire charges

The meeting room is hired on an hourly sliding scale, with discounts for VAW members:

• Member (less than £10,000 income) Free
• Member (£10,001 - £250,000 income) £10
• Member (£250,001 - £500,000 income) £15
• Member (£500,001 - £1million) £20
• Member (more than £1million income) £30
• Statutory and private sector organisations £50
• Non-members £50
