Intensive support with monitoring, evaluation and communications

For organisations that want to build monitoring and evaluation into their day-to-day work, we offer ongoing and intensive support. Our Just for You project offers a 12-month programme of support, tailored to the needs of the organisations taking part. Meeting regularly throughout the year, we look together at how to monitor and evaluate the difference your organisation makes, and how to communicate your impact effectively. The programme also offers support in researching and applying for funding.

No time for project evaluation?

If you need robust evidence of the difference you make, but don’t have the time to set up a monitoring system, we offer a hands-on project monitoring and evaluation service. We’ll design monitoring tools that fit your organisation’s requirements, and that will give concrete evidence of change at the end of the project. We’ll offer training for staff, trustees and volunteers. And if you want us to, we’ll carry out an independent evaluation of what the project is achieving.

Our approach to monitoring and evaluation is outcomes-based, and we have special experience of working with voluntary and community groups who are working on a tight budget, and with limited staff time.

We don’t receive funding for this service so we need to charge a fee.
