Strategic planning consultancy

At a time of change, we need to step back and think long-term. How is the world changing? And how do our organisations need to adapt to those changes?

Strategic planning is a structured way to think about the future, and your organisation’s place in it. What change does your organisation want to make in the world? What markets do you want to compete in? How will you get the funding you need to do the work?

Voluntary Action Westminster offers strategic planning support to charities and voluntary organisations of all sizes, working closely with trustees and senior staff to understand their organisation’s journey, and their aspirations for the future.

We might work together to:

• Redefine your organisation’s vision, and develop strategic objectives for the medium to long-term
• Give an overview of policy changes, national and local, that may affect your organisation
• Develop a sustainable funding plan, drawing on our experience of Westminster’s funding environment
• Link you into our network of contacts in Westminster’s voluntary and statutory sector

We don’t receive funding for this service so we need to charge a fee.
