Workshops and talks on keeping healthy and well, for local carers.  South Westminster, 18 June 2012.

The theme for the 2012 Carers Week Conference is In Sickness and in Health.

Feeling overlooked or even guilty for having time to themselves is not uncommon and as a consequence health issues can develop. Through talks and workshops carers and professionals will explore the importance of maintaining sound health and wellbeing, developing coping strategies and exceeding personal best to achieve the “impossible”.
