Consultant sought to evaluate Arabic-speaking domestic violence service. Apply by 08 June.
The Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP) is seeking a consultant to undertake an evaluation of its Arabic-speaking domestic violence service, Al-aman.
Set up in 2000, the DVIP Al-aman project is the only provider of specialist domestic violence services for the Arabic-speaking community in London. The project offers individual and group support services for women, provides a structured violence prevention programme for men, delivers training to voluntary and statutory organisations and undertakes outreach work within the community to improve awareness of domestic violence.
The closing date for applications is 08 June 2012.
The consultancy will take place in London between June and October 2012.
As a guide, the indicative budget available is £7,000 (maximum). Value for money is a criterion of the evaluation.
