CNWL NHS Trust publishes report on “how equality and diversity is addressed”.

The Equality Act 2010 says that all public authorities, including NHS Trusts, must publish an annual report on what they are doing to meet the requirements of the Act.

Central and North West London NHS Trust (CNWL) recently published its first equality report.

The report looks at how the Trust meets equality requirements within its workforce, and in delivering services to local people.

There is also some useful information about the profile of people using mental health services (for example, showing ethnicity, disability and gender).
