Course for people with long-term health conditions and their carers.  27 February 2012.

Do you have a long-term health condition, or care for somebody who does?  The Expert Patient Service could help you lead a healthier, less stressful life.

What does the course include?

  • Healthy lifestyle advice including diet and exercise
  • Managing pain, fatigue and stress
  • Better communication with family, friends and health professionals

The benefits of coming

  • Meet other people in a friendly environment
  • Learn new skills to have a healthier life
  • Share your experiences and ideas

Who can come?

The course is open to people who live in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster (or are registered with a GP in the area), and who have a long-term health condition (for example, heart disease, diabetes, depression, asthma, cancer, or any other condition).

When does the next Expert Patient Course start?

The next course begins on Monday 27 February (2.30pm to 5pm) and takes place at the same time every Monday until 02 April 2012.  The course venue is Soho Centre for Health and Care, 1 Frith Street, London W1D 3HZ
