Apply now for grants of up to £5,000 for community projects in Westminster.  Deadline: 30 April 2010.

You could be eligible to apply for a grant of up to £5,000 from Grassroots Grants.  But make it snappy – you have only nine days left to apply!

• Does your organisation have a yearly income of less than £30,000?
• Have you been working in Westminster for at least a year?
• Do you involve volunteers in your work?

What kind of thing can you apply for?

• Projects that encourage people to play a more active part in making their neighbourhood a better place to live
• Projects that bring people from different backgrounds together
• Projects that help solve a problem in your community
• Training for your organisation’s volunteers and management committee
