Develop your leadership skills with a new training programme from NCVO and Barclays Bank. Apply by 5pm on Friday 30 April.

Which organisations qualify?

Your organisation must:

• have a yearly income of between £50,000 and £750,000;
• have a team of up to 20 people; and
• be established and delivering activity.

Who can apply?

• Chairs of trustee boards (management committees)
• Chief executives
• People who lead teams within their organisation.

The programme is open to people who have received little or no previous leadership training, and who are reasonably new to their leadership position.

What the programme offers

The programme will enable you to reflect on and develop your leadership style, develop yourself as a leader of others, and assist you to make a contribution towards leadership of the sector. Using a combination of facilitated workshops, action learning, assessment tools and self-directed learning, the emphasis of the programme will be on peer learning, linking learning to current workplace and sector challenges and building participants' confidence in their leadership skills. There will also be input from experienced sector leaders.

Cost

Thanks to the generous support of Barclays, the total cost of the programme is £245 for NCVO members and £350 for non-members.
