NOMS Volunteering and Mentoring Programme

Starting salary: £23, 187 plus ILW
Hours: 35 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2014

About the role

SOVA is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self motivated and talented individual to support a new and exciting programme of work that has been commissioned by NOMS. The successful candidate will have had previous experience in and understanding of services delivered by volunteers, working with a range of stakeholders and partners and making effective and productive relationships with other agencies. The Programme Officer will be responsible for the mapping of volunteer mentoring by and with offenders delivered across their area, contribute to the subsequent gap analysis and to the following components of the contract.
