This workshop explains how to read and question financial accounts, and looks at how trustees can reduce the risk of financial problems.
The course equips you with information to make sense of charity accounts and explain them to others. It enables you to identify the different components of your annual report and accounts, interpret the funds position of your organisation, determine its overall financial position, and translate accounting terms into plain English.
